Will you come here to pick up my pet?
Yes, we will pick up your pet. We offer this special service 24/7. We have found that most pet owners prefer it when we handle their deceased friend. The utmost care and caution are exercised during the pickup, transportation and drop-off of your pet.
Is this service available for larger animals?
We can facilitate animals up to 50 pounds. Please call us if you would like to discuss whether or not we can accommodate your pet or if there are special circumstances to be considered.
Currently, we can not accommodate animals such as cattle or horses, however, when this changes, we will announce it here on our website.
What is the difference between Private and Individual Cremation?
An individual cremation is when your pet is the only one, without the presence of other pets. This enables us to guarantee that the remains we return to you or your veterinarian are those of your pet and only your pet. When we receive a pet for an individual Cremation, it is handled uniquely, with the same dignity and respect upon which we base our business and philosophy. The same respect and dignity that we show each and every companion entrusted to our care.
